Friendship can connect two worlds separated by thousands of kilometers and seas. For about 2 decades, Norbert (Austrian) and Emmanuel (Ugandan), both engineers, worked together in development co-operation in East Africa.

Norbert a member of Eine Welt Kreis (EWK) introduced DPFL to their association in Zell an der Pram. Norbert understands Adilang the rural area which Dongo Paco Foundation, under the leadership of Emmanuel, operates.

The dinner meeting was held in a beautiful summer sunset in Norbert’s backyard, attended by about 20 members of EWK-Zell. The two organizations shared their stories and will explore possible areas of cooperation in the future.
